How to choose the suitable indoor LED Diplay product? The relationship between resolution, brightness, and viewing distance
5.1 Resolution and Pixel Density
Resolution is one of the key factors to consider when choosing an indoor LED screen. Pixel density (Pitch) determines the clarity of the screen and is usually expressed in millimeters (e.g., P1.2, P1.5, P2.0). For close-up scenes (such as conference rooms), it is recommended to choose a small-pitch LED screen (P1.2-P1.5) to ensure clear images.
5.2 Brightness and contrast
The brightness of indoor environments is usually low, so the brightness requirements of indoor LED screens are relatively low (usually 500-1000 nits). However, in high-light environments (such as store windows), it is necessary to choose a screen with higher brightness to ensure the display effect. Additionally, high contrast can improve the layering and detail of images.
5.3 Viewing distance and screen size
The viewing distance is an important reference for choosing the screen size and resolution. In general, the closer the viewing distance, the higher the pixel density required. For example, in a conference room, the viewing distance is usually 2-5 meters, so choose a P1.5-P2.0 screen to meet the needs.
