P3.9 Film LED Display Screen

The LED film-type display adopts a hollowed-out fiberglass board and a vacuum encapsulation process after surface component mounting. It can be directly attached to glass curtain walls without damaging the original building structure. With a transparency rate of up to 55%, the display body becomes invisible when not in use, without affecting indoor lighting. From a distance, no installation traces of the display can be seen. The product is lightweight, transparent, and thin, and can be bent or cut. The standard cabinet size is 1000x500mm.Technical Standards.

1. Appearance Requirements
1-1: The profile shall have a bright color, be intact without scratches; lamp beads shall be evenly distributed, and no components shall be loose or detached.
1-2: Structural dimension error shall not exceed ±1mm.

4-1: Pure red, green, and blue color detection with no color deviation or flicker.
4-2: No defects after normal video playback for at least 48 hours.

5. Testing Equipment
Pantone standard color card, grayscale comprehensive test chart, digital multimeter (accuracy ±0.5%), vernier caliper (accuracy ±0.02mm), testing fixtures, high-low temperature and humidity chamber, light brightness detector.
