The LED film-type display adopts a hollowed-out fiberglass board and a vacuum encapsulation process after surface component mounting. It can be directly attached to glass curtain walls without damaging the original building structure. With a transparency rate of up to 55%, the display body becomes invisible when not in use, without affecting indoor lighting. From a distance, no installation traces of the display can be seen. The product is lightweight, transparent, and thin, and can be bent or cut. The standard cabinet size is 960x320mm.
Technical Features
Constant Current & Low Voltage Static Drive: The constant current drive ensures that the current through the lamp beads remains constant (as opposed to constant voltage drive). This provides better luminous stability, with no current changes due to temperature variations.
Dual Bus Series Drive Technology: Compared with conventional display drives, this unique signal series connection technology offers advantages such as simplified design, reduced interference, lower radiation, and more precise current control.
Quick Installation Method
1.Ensure the display body faces upward and horizontally attach the film-type display to the glass curtain wall.
2.Attach all display bodies in sequence, connect signal and power cables vertically (see wiring diagrams on the next page), and use after debugging.

1. Appearance Requirements
1-1: The profile shall have a bright color, be intact without scratches; lamp beads shall be evenly distributed, and no components shall be loose or detached.
1-2: Structural dimension error shall not exceed ±1mm.

4-2: No defects after normal video playback for at least 48 hours.

Pantone standard color card, grayscale comprehensive test chart, digital multimeter (accuracy ±0.5%), vernier caliper (accuracy ±0.02mm), testing fixtures, high-low temperature and humidity chamber, light brightness detector.
